N.O.W. is Grandview’s City of Phoenix Block Watch program, designed by the City of Phoenix to enlist active participation of citizens in cooperation with the police to reduce crime and improve the quality of life in their neighborhoods.
N.O.W. is becoming acquainted with your neighbors.
N.O.W is working together to identify and solve problems in our community.
N.O.W is helping the police by being aware of and reporting any unusual activities as they occur.
N.O.W is the implementation of crime prevention techniques to enhance home security.
N.O.W is not apprehending someone. Leave that to the police.
N.O.W is putting neighbors back into the neighborhoods.
